Processing & Shipping:
Current turnaround time is approxi 12-14 business days. This does NOT include weekends or holidays. Depending on the day of the week you order, it may be a little less or a little more. We order our supplies on FRIDAYS. For example if you place your order on Tuesday, the turnaround time starts that Friday. Items like the pre order ornaments and tree skirts take about 4-6 weeks!
We ship USPS First Class (3-5 business days) & Priority (2-3 business days) dependent on the weight of your order.
If you do not receive a package within that time frame please contact via Facebook.com/groups/acordmade or tiktok page and we will be glad to help.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

I enjoy traveling when given the opportunity, reading about world history and have an appreciation for architecture. I also love to hunt and fish!
